Pilates Fusion | Upbeat & Invigorating Flow Description: A low impact, high intensity class that combines traditional Pilates exercises with elements from strength training and more. This class incorporates light ankle and hand weights, gliders, resistance bands and more for an intense full body workout. All instructors are Mat Pilates Certified. Level: Intermediate level class The room will be brought up to 80ish degrees for this Warm Mat Pilates class! Bringing a sweat towel and/or mat cover is highly encouraged.
