STUDIO78 PRE/POSTNATAL FLOW

This Pilates/Yoga inspired flow is designed to support you through pregnancy and postpartum with safe, intentional movement. We focus on breath, core and pelvic floor connection, hip and glute strength, and posture to help you feel strong, supported, and grounded. Expect a slower pace, clear cueing, and plenty of options so you can move in a way that feels good for your body. All instructors have completed pre/postnatal courses
