Pilates Fusion | Upbeat & Invigorating Flow Description: Our twist on Pilates Fusion. A low impact, high intensity class that combines traditional Pilates exercises with strength training elements, & more. This class incorporates light ankle and hand weights, gliders, resistance bands and more for an intense full body workout. This class moves at a quicker pace than our Core78: Pilates class. All instructors are Mat Pilates Certified. Level: Intermediate level class
