Power78: Pilates (Gentle Heat)

Class will be heated to about 85 degrees. Please bring a towel and water to class! Pilates Fusion | Upbeat & Invigorating Flow Description: Our twist on Pilates Fusion. A low impact, high intensity class that combines the Pilates principles, Contemporary Pilates exercises and elements from Barre/ Strength Training. This class incorporates light ankle and hand weights, gliders, resistance bands and more for an intense full body workout. This class moves at a quicker pace than our Core78: Pilates class. All instructors are Mat Pilates Certified. Level: Intermediate level class
