This class offers a balanced workout to improve flexibility, strength, and focus, all while flowing through energizing movements. Perfect for building a strong, toned body with a calm mind. Level: All Levels Class The room will be brought up to 80ish degrees for this Warm Mat Pilates class! Bringing a sweat towel and/or mat cover is highly encouraged.
