Warm Strength Training x Power Yoga

Strength x Yoga | Both Fast-Paced (pt.1) and Restorative (pt.2) Description: This 45 minute class will work through strength exercises 20-25 min of intense strength exercises followed 20 min of traditional yoga poses. This class is different than your traditional Yoga Sculpt class. Modifications and advancements will be offered. Hands on corrections are used throughout this class. Level: Intermediate The temperature of the room will be brought up to about 80 degrees to get your muscles nice and warm in the winter. We highly suggest bringing a towel or mat cover!
