Warm Flow: Yoga (45 min)

Vinyasa Flow | Challenging & Restorative Description: This 45 minute, fluid and dynamic practice links breath with movement in a seamless sequence. The focus is on synchronizing breath with each pose, creating a seamless transition from one posture to the next. This class emphasizes balance, mobility, strength, and mindfulness, with the goal of moving through sequences that promote both physical and mental well-being. This class is the perfect balance of both challenging and restorative. Level: All Levels Class We strongly encourage bringing a towel, as the room will be heated to 80 degrees.
