STRENGTH78 (Radiant Heat)

Class will be heated to about 85-90 degrees. Please bring a mat towel to class. This 45-minute Pilates x Strength class kicks off with Pilates-inspired movement to build core strength and mind-body connection, then shifts into full body strength training circuits for a powerful, dynamic finish. This class is a 50/50 split between Pilates and Strength training.
