Power78: Pilates x Strength (Gentle Heat)

Class will be gently heated to about 85 degrees. Please bring a towel to class. Pilates and Strength Training Hybrid | Slow & Controlled Burn Elevate your workout with this dynamic fusion of Pilates and functional strength training. This 45-minute class blends of controlled Pilates movements and strength-focused exercises using the Bala Beam, dumbbells, resistance bands and more. We’ll focus on alignment, breath, and form while layering in compound movements to challenge endurance and create balanced, full-body strength. Whether you’re looking to deepen your Pilates practice or boost your strength routine, this hybrid class delivers balance, power, and mobility in one efficient session. This class will focus on form and alignment, with less of an emphasis on moving to the beat. All levels welcome. Modifications and progressions provided.
